ST. PHILLIPS COLLEGE

AZTECA Designs, Inc was awarded this project that consisted of 35,000 SF of ceramic removal and ceramic wall removal. We had four crews working simultaneously. We completed this project in 7 days. As we were removing the existing ceramic floor, we found holes in the floor and exposed aggregate was coming up with the ceramic and concrete. We immediately had to mobilize to fix the issue at hand. With this unforeseen condition AZTECA was still able to complete the project , clean up and have the building ready for the first day of school at Alamo Colleges Southwest Campus.
