OUR FOUNDER
Take this most seriously: A yes on earth is yes in heaven; a no on earth is no in heaven. What you say to one another is eternal. I mean this. When two of you get together on anything at all on earth and make a prayer of it, my Father in heaven goes into action. And when two or three of you are together because of me, you can be sure that I’ll be there.”
Mathew 18:18-20
Cecilia Castellano
President/CEO
AZTECA Designs, Inc. was founded in March of 2006, by third generation Texan, Cecilia Castellano, who developed and shaped the construction company into the construction firm it is today. Cecilia Castellano was able to turn her love of design and business into a thriving company specializing in interior finishes. Part of the first attendees of Texas A&M San Antonio, with a knack for connecting with people, has been able to maintain a steady client base with a wide range of exposure. From Educational Institutions to the Federal Government, Mrs. Castellano’s talents have opened the door for her company and kept them open throughout the duration of its existence. With a strong personality and hardball tactics, Cecilia has made her place in a male-dominated industry, the construction world. Her company name remains on the A-list of some of the major construction players. With strength, perseverance, and not taking NO for an answer, Cecilia is not afraid of working hard or doing what it takes to ensure her company succeeds.
Awards
Cecilia Castellano was selected as a recipient of the 2021 Alamo Area Council of Governments Regional Awards, for AZTECA’s altruism in providing families with much needed water and food after the snowstorm, that left a lot of families without not only electricity but basic necessities. AZTECA went out and beyond to be able to supply all these families with some supplies but most importantly with a lot of HOPE.
Luna Awards
LUNA Awards 2019 presented Cecilia Castellano with Business Advocate of the year
“AZTECA Designs, Inc. is a very unique company because we created our company before God and as a result every person or entity that we’ve had the pleasure of working with can see our values, character, and uniqueness in our business. We not only design, but we implement our own work.”
Cecilia was secretary of the FCC for one year and is now serving as the Vice President going on two years, fighting for injustices and a fair treatment of all companies regardless of their size and minority status. She advocates small disadvantage businesses and people without a voice, that need to be heard. She gives them the opportunity, a chance to be heard, a chance to grow and flourish, by using her voice. She always stands for what it is right and no matter what she always sticks by her principles and her beliefs. She is an indomitable force, with strong will and faith!
